- You did everything right, up to the moment when you selected the
- atributes question. Imagine will make an axis the parent object of the
- text you created in the spline editor. The attributes you created are
- only applied to the parent of the group. Since an Axis hase no faces-
- you get no colors. The best thing to do is to, in the Pick Object mode
- put attributes on one of the objects (the axis would be best). After this
- is done, select all the other objects(letters). To do this make sure the
- original object is picked, then while holding down the left shift key,
- pic all the other objects. (hint set pick mode to box and encircle them).
- With alll the objects picked choose the menu function "Apply". Im not
- sire off hand which menu this is under so you'll have to look. This will
- appply the attributes of the first object picked to all the other objects
- you subsequantly picked.
